Penmac Staffing is hiring a reliable Second Shift Janitor to support cleaning operations at a large manufacturing facility in Strafford, Missouri. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping work environments clean, safe, and well maintained.

• Ability to perform detailed cleaning in an industrial setting
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Ability to operate or learn to operate ride‑on and walk‑behind sweepers and scrubbers
• Forklift experience preferred or willingness to be trained
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

• Perform detailed cleaning of plant breakrooms and restrooms
• Clean plant floors using ride‑on and walk‑behind sweepers and scrubbers
• Empty trash cans throughout the facility
• Empty waste and cardboard bins using a forklift and transport materials to the compactor
• Complete general janitorial duties including filling dispensers, restocking supplies, dusting, cleaning windows and walls, disinfecting surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning up spills
• Pick up trash inside and outside the facility
• Report facility or maintenance issues as needed
• Coordinate larger cleaning projects with the Office Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned
