About the Job

The Reliability CMMS Specialist serves as the CMMS subject matter expert driving maintenance planning excellence and data-driven decision-making across all MLC locations.

* Champion CMMS execution, adoption, and continuous improvement across the organization

* Standardize maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting practices across all sites

* Partner with maintenance teams, planners, and leadership to drive asset management best practices

* Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

* Train, mentor, and support maintenance planners and clerks on best practices and system usage

* Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to enhance CMMS functionality and performance

* Support inventory optimization efforts with Maintenance and Procurement teams

* Conduct audits and provide insights to ensure consistent process execution across locations

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 3-5 years of experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

* Hands-on experience in maintenance planning and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate degree or technical certification

* Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and asset management practices

* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

* Excellent coordination, communication, and training/presentation skills

* Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization

* Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
