Auto Body Paint Technician – Experienced

Salary: $2,500 Sign‑on Bonus. This position is 100% commission based and offers uncapped earning potential. First‑year earnings may range from $50,000 to $75,000, and long‑term earnings can reach $70,000 to $150,000+.

• Travel to customers to perform high‑quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, including paint touch‑ups and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed customer expectations.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self‑motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
