Chick-fil-A - 3159 North Highway 67 - Responsibilities:
Proactive Stewardship (Preventive Maintenance);
System Optimization:
Execute the Chick-fil-A Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Calendar, including HVAC filter changes, condenser coil cleaning, and ice machine descaling;
Calibration:
Ensure all kitchen technology is operating at peak efficiency to reduce energy waste and ensure food safety;
Asset & Vendor Management Warranty Recovery:
Track equipment age and serial numbers to ensure manufacturer warranties are utilized;
Inventory Control:
Maintain a lean stock of high-frequency replacement parts to minimize downtime
