HRM Services is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician to ensure the functionality and maintenance of affordable housing properties. The ideal candidate will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, executing repairs and inspections while maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities include performing system maintenance, conducting repairs, and managing several routine maintenance tasks. A background in maintenance, organization skills, and a high school diploma are preferred.
