Quality Janitorial and Restoration Service is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities- Report to Janitorial and/or Repairs Department managers daily for assigned tasks.
- Perform specialty cleaning jobs.
- Fill in for janitorial personnel during times of absence.
- Floor technician experience preferred but not required.
- Operate a forklift.
- Offload incoming freight.
- Load and unload equipment for repairs and rentals.
- Clean equipment for repairs and rentals.
- Clean and stock shelves.
- Move and organize inventory items.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Able to lift 60 lbs.
- Team player with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Great attendance.
