- Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience
- Ability to manage others effectively to ensure completion of tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment
- Manual dexterity to operate cleaning tools and equipment
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements
- Ability to tolerate noise levels typical of a hospitality environment
- Manage the housekeeping team and oversee daily operations to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and meet overall standards
- Coordinate team assignments to meet daily unit needs
- Maintain supply levels for cleaning and laundry operations
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum floors
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in the designated area
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas and facilities
- Prepare rental units for guest check-in
- Maintain health and sanitary requirements
