For our location in Hanau, we are looking for a Haustechniker Klima / Lüftung / Gebäudeleittechnik (m/w/d). Your tasks include:

• Repairs of facilities and components of the building technology, as far as this is possible by own means.
• Focus on all mechanical and control technical components as well as the replacement of pumps and actuators of all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems as well as refrigeration machines including setting or adjusting the controls.
• Cooperation with the caretaker, metal and electrical workshop for repairs and disturbances regarding building technology.
• Support and coordination of external companies for the implementation of repair, maintenance, and service work.
• Compliance with safety regulations (e.g., UVV, Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances (TRGS), Workplace Regulations (ASR)).
• Carrying out maintenance and service work on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems and devices in the building technology.
• Support of the caretaker.
• Documentation of the performed work with the help of the SAP I+W module.
• Evaluation, setting, and control of the parameters in the GLT (DEOS), Direct Digital Control (DDC) and all building technical systems.
• Improvement of existing settings by conversion/renewal to current parameters or the latest technical standard in consultation with the team leader of building technology & facility or the respective area responsible for optimization of economy, energy use, and consumption.
• Improvement and increase of the efficiency of existing older systems and devices by conversion/renewal to a current technical standard in consultation with the team leader of building technology & facility or the respective area responsible.

Your experience background:

• Completed at least three-year vocational training in the technical field, preferably as a mechatronician for refrigeration technology, system mechanic for sanitary, heating, and climate technology or as an electrical mechanic / MSR technician.
• Knowledge in the areas of control technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience in building automation and MSR, preferably in the DEOS system.
• Professional experience as a building technician / MSR technician.
• PC knowledge: SAP maintenance/service module, basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Team capability.
• Careful working method.
