• Perform and maintain general property maintenance including repairs, inspections and upkeep of common areas.
• Maintain beautiful grounds including mowing, trimming, landscaping, power washing, seasonal clean-up, etc.
• Conduct routine property checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems or complaints from property owners.
• Assist with pool maintenance, minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry work as needed.
• Communicate professionally with property managers, homeowners and vendors.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

• Prior maintenance, landscaping or handyman experience preferred (we’ll train the right person!).
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
