Caterpillar - - Responsibilities:
Lead and train technical employees to utilize Preventive Maintenance as proactive means of controlling machine uptime;
Follow proper safety guidelines and demonstrate lockout/tagout;
Perform routine oil filtration / oil removal and filter changes on all equipment;
Practice Oil Analysis Management for all required equipment;
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment; interpret blueprints and schematics; troubleshoot PLC control of CNC machines
