Agent Technique Polyvalent Intercommunal; H​/F - Commune De Dognen

Job Title

The Communes of Dognen, Méritein, Jasse, and Préchacq-Navarrenx are recruiting a versatile intercommunal technical agent (H/F) for a part-time position, 30 hours/week annualized, within the framework of the staff of territorial technical assistants. The position may be filled by a contractual arrangement under Article L332-8 5° of the General Code of the Public Service.

Under the authority of the four mayors, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and enhancing green spaces: mowing, clearing, pruning, and maintaining hedges and trees, planting flowers and trees, watering, and disposing and recycling green waste, etc.
• Contributing to the maintenance of communal buildings by performing basic interventions: minor plumbing (joints, faucets, etc.), installation of equipment (shelves, hooks, etc.), repair of furniture (tables, chairs, benches, etc.), finishing and decoration work (flooring, painting), etc.
• Performing minor maintenance on communal roads: gravel on rural paths, asphalt on communal roads, cleaning storm drains, cleaning roads and sidewalks, etc.
• Cleaning and maintaining communal buildings (both exterior and interior): public squares, church, cemetery, city-stade/petanque, school yard, etc.
• Maintaining current equipment and machinery: cleaning, maintaining, and storing tools, equipment, and machinery after use, performing basic repairs and troubleshooting, planning maintenance or renewal of equipment, recording in logbooks and related documents regarding the use or maintenance of machinery, equipment, or tools.
• Managing and tracking supplies and materials needed for various planned works.

Skills:

Mastery of green space maintenance and clearing techniques, knowledge of masonry, painting, plumbing, welding, electricity is appreciated, ability to apply and respect safety rules at work, as well as rules for the use and storage of equipment and products, adaptability to different work situations and making the best choices for intervention, having a sense of listening and observation, experience in a similar position is desirable, required training: CAP, professional certificate (building or green spaces).

Electrical qualification is appreciated, driving license B is essential.

Dognen (10h), Méritein (7h), Préchacq-Navarrenx (6h), Jasse (7h), statutory remuneration.
