We have an opening for full‑time JANITOR positions at 3M – Highway 71S, Nevada, MO 64772. The position is a full‑time night shift. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour. Applications are accepted online only.

Maintains clean and orderly facilities, performing heavy cleaning duties including floor, wall, window, and furniture cleaning, and waste control.

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp‑mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return furniture to correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment, sanitizing all surfaces and following the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team, exhibiting professionalism with customers, colleagues, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Janitor experience required.
• Task‑driven, dependable, and able to work independently.
