Second shift: 2 pm to 12:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Shift differential is offered.

Porta-King Building Systems manufactures five different types of prefabricated building and shelter systems, including high level ballistic rated construction. We produce eight types of modular wall systems, structural steel mezzanines, and towers. Porta-King Buildings Systems is growing and looks for employees to grow with us. Finish positions may involve assembly, building windows or doors, or other duties essential to the manufacture of quality buildings and modular components.

• Must demonstrate ability to read a tape measure.
• Must use various hand tools and power tools including drills, chop saw, band saw, reversibles, table saw, radial arm saw. We reserve the right to test your skills at any time during employment.
• Must safely lift up to 20 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must work at heights up to 10 ft.
• Must climb a ladder repetitively.
• Must use household cleaners.
• Must read and write using basic English skills and perform basic math calculations.
• Basic carpentry skills and ability to read detailed drawings preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass all pre-employment background screenings including a drug test.

Primary shifts typically run from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
