Job Description

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of work including the sale of gasoline, inspection of vehicles for minor repair, and maintain cleanliness in assigned area(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

COMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $19.37 to $19.37. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Adaptable to customer needs.
• Sell gasoline and other Service Station products.
• Checks vehicles for minor services (oil, water, anti-freeze).
• Maintains service station bay as necessary.
• Maintains restrooms as required.
• Performs minor petroleum spill clean-ups.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintains service station environmental requirements as described in on-site Haz-Mat binder.
• Maintains qualifications to meet local, state, and federal laws.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures.

• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must have previous cash handling experience.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
