Sweep, scrub, and wax floors; wash windows and walls; dust and polish furniture and fixtures;
Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, fixtures, and other surfaces;
Collect trash and perform grounds maintenance including sidewalks and parking areas; Operate and maintain custodial equipment and tools; assist with minor carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing repairs as needed;
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; lift objects weighing over 50 pounds and use ladders or scaffolds when required
