Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans;
Remove grease buildup using specialized cleaning tools, pressure washers, and degreasers;
Protect kitchen equipment and surrounding areas before cleaning;
Inspect systems for deficiencies or fire hazards and report findings;
Complete service reports, photos, and documentation after each job
