Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Perform floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning of floors;
Apply floor finish and cleaners using appropriate equipment (side by side, wet vacs);
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment;
Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance;
May perform basic repairs and notify managers of building repair needs
