Stone Bridge Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas;
Establish cleanliness, sanitation, and environmental appearance standards for facility interiors and exteriors;
Monitor care and use of supplies and equipment to ensure adequate resources;
Conduct monthly rounds and inspections of resident areas for sanitation, order, safety, and proper duties;
Ensure maintenance schedules are followed and rooms are prepared for new admissions
