We are looking for quality‑oriented custodians to perform daily janitorial tasks around hangars and facilities.

• Clean floors: sweep, dust, wet mop, scrub or vacuum.
• Service, clean and supply restrooms: toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, floors, trash, etc.
• Wet mop, strip, wax, seal and buff floors.
• Trash pick‑up and removal, take to designated dumping area.
• Wash windows.
• Dust and clean light fixtures.
• Wash walls.
• Loading, unload, distribute supplies, service lobbies and high‑use areas and perform special cleaning.
• Operate powered equipment typically used in custodial operations.
• Keep janitorial closets clean and orderly.
• Paint touch up in break rooms and restrooms.
• Any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Custodian experience preferred.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable transportation.

• Attend work daily as scheduled, including overtime and weekend assignments.
• Notify supervisor in advance if unable to work.

• Lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, routine walking, bending and squatting or sitting.
• Work with and around chemical cleaning compounds.
• Work with others in a professional manner; treat all building occupants with courtesy and respect at all times.
