Position:
Environmental Technician / Housekeeper
- Daily cleaning and supplying resident rooms, wards, nursing stations, lounges, laboratories, bathrooms, offices, and any other areas assigned in accordance with the facility’s objectives.
- Use cleaning devices, including 16‑oz wet mops, wringers, dusters, vacuum cleaners, cleaning chemicals, commercial washers and dryers, and other necessary tools, products and supplies.
- Lifting wet laundry into washers and dryers.
- Ability to exert 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Shift times may vary, requiring some weekends and evenings.
- Attend hospital and departmental orientation upon hire.
