Attollo, LLC Site Manager — Training System Field Maintenance (Camp Pendleton, CA, Full Time)

The Site Manager provides on‑site sustainment for the assigned Future Weapons Systems training system(s) (IMTS, STS, MDT, and/or MV) performing all levels of preventive and corrective maintenance, operating the systems in support of training, verifying Ready‑for‑Training status, and serving as the STS/MDT help desk. This role keeps training systems mission‑capable and available in accordance with the performance standards.

LOCATION: Onsite at a designated Government training site – MCB Camp Pendleton, CA;

WORK SCHEDULE: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, typically  local. The Government may shift hours, including weekends and holidays, to support training.

This position is contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the site manager for the assigned IMTS/STS/MDT/MVT location, performing all levels of maintenance, and serve as the STS/MDT help desk.
  • Perform and report preventive maintenance, including a monthly operational status check, and complete STS/MDT operational checks within 90 days of award and as requested thereafter.
  • Perform and report field‑level corrective maintenance – fault isolation, troubleshooting, repair/replacement, shipping/receiving, and documentation revision – and log all corrective maintenance.
  • Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning components and deliver a Repairable Item Report with cost estimate within one week of discovery.
  • Operate IMTS/STS/MDT/MVT in support of training, orientation, familiarization, equipment issue, and capabilities expertise with no training interruptions.
  • Verify all systems are Ready for Training prior to use; conduct pre‑session operational checks; and notify the Government Representatives of maintenance‑caused cancellations within two working days.
  • Perform pre‑operations checks, ORTs, built‑in tests, and safety/environmental tests; conduct IMTS and MVT checks at least 30 minutes before scheduled training; maintain Ready‑for‑Training status at all times.
  • Conduct system inspections and the CMI inventory 60 days prior to the end of the base and annually thereafter.
  • Use only Government‑approved repair/replacement parts; maintain and replace labels, placards, signs, and tags per O&M manuals and OSHA; and maintain/replace IUID labels and deliver the IUID reports.
  • Monitor, identify, and report obsolescence (GIDEP, DMSMS) and recommend alternates within 30 calendar days of identification.
  • Support technology‑refresh activities, keeping systems online until the refresh contractor assumes responsibility and resuming responsibility after acceptance testing.
  • Provide immediate accident/mishap response and reporting, safety/security implications within 4 hours, written follow‑up within 24 hours, and investigation findings within 3 calendar days.
Requirements
  • Eligibility for a Common Access Card (favorable Tier 1 / NACI investigation) for NIPRNET access at Government sites.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Education and Experience
  • Hands‑on electronics, simulator, or training‑system maintenance experience (preventive and corrective), preferably on Marine Corps or DoD training devices.
