Tutera Senior Living & Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Perform activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations and building codes;
Assist in maintaining the facility to be sanitary, attractive, and in good repair, free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems;
Possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures;
Maintain a professional image in appearance and behavior; communicate effectively in writing and verbally;
