- - Responsibilities:
Perform necessary repairs and maintenance to all production/facility equipment to ensure adequate machinery is available for day and night operations;
Review equipment reports submitted by associates, record actions/repairs taken, and maintain a repair log per USF policy;
Complete all applicable documentation for equipment-related activities (assembly forms, disassembly forms, etc.);
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment and maintain PM log with proper documentation;
Comply with safety guidelines (Lock Out/Tag Out, placarding, safe work environment)
