• REMOVE DEBRIS:
  Hardscaped and landscaped areas free of trash and debris.
• MAINTAIN STATION CLEANLINESS:
  Ensure restrooms, trash bins are clean and surrounding areas look great.
• KEEP IT CLEAN:
  Walk the property to ensure it's always clean, safe, and inviting.
• MANAGE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT:
  Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored and submit issues to maintenance department.

• Have a valid driver's license (Class E or better) with a clean record.
• Are dependable and accountable, taking pride in quality work.
• Can work outdoors in all weather conditions and stay active throughout the day.
• Have an eye for detail and a passion for making spaces look their best.
• Possess a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
