Keep facility operating and repair problems as discovered to prevent worsening;
Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage (windows, doors, walls);
Repair broken or leaking plumbing to restore water fixtures;
Repair damaged electrical wiring when needed;
Maintain building HVAC equipment to ensure climate control
