Retail Display Technician

Job Overview

We are looking for a Retail Display Technician – Mobile to independently execute installation and break/fix projects for retail displays, security systems, and electronic components in top national retail environments such as Best Buy, Walmart, and Target.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot electronic displays, security systems, sensors, touch screens, TVs, alarms, and access control systems.
• Perform merchandising activities, including product placement, inventory management, and ensuring displays meet brand guidelines.
• Provide on‑site technical support during store openings, renovations, refreshes, and special events.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions using company‑approved platforms.
• Transport, set up, and manage tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring proper care and accountability.
• Travel independently to assigned locations using personal or rental transportation, complying with mileage reimbursement and safety guidelines.

• Experience in a collaborative environment with adherence to safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adjust to shifting client needs on‑site.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools to accept assignments, track work, and submit documentation.
• Valid driver’s license, passing a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and car insurance meeting T‑ROC’s minimum coverage requirements.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, and using high‑dexterity tools.

Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
