Summit School Services seeks a Lead Fleet Technician to oversee diagnostics and repairs on medium/heavy school buses, ensuring safety, uptime, and inspection readiness. You will guide technicians, plan work with the Maintenance Leader, and maintain a compliant, efficient shop environment.
The role requires five+ years of fleet repair experience with leadership exposure, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and a high school diploma. CDL is preferred; ASE certification is a plus.
