Lutheran Senior Services - 3380 Lake Bend Drive - Responsibilities:
Complete work orders via CMMS to repair or install equipment and assist residents with maintenance;
Conduct equipment maintenance, testing, lubricating, and cleaning machinery and report malfunctions;
Maintain appearance of main buildings and grounds including snow removal and salting;
Use hand and power tools following safety procedures;
May conduct Life Safety inspections and drills (sprinkler, fire drills, electrical, bed inspections)
