Residential Cleaner

*** Please be advised you must have cleaned residential homes in the last 2 year in order to qualify for this role. Janitorial or commercial work will not quality as residential. Having Experience cleaning homes are required.***

This is a full time role Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm
** A Cleaning Technician at Mama’s Cleaning Crew goes above and beyond standard cleaning expectations. Our technicians service homes, apartments, Airbnbs, offices, Pilates studios, and more. We primarily serve health-conscious clients who value a deeper, more detailed clean.

Our service area ranges from Long Beach to San Clemente. In addition to cleaning, technicians may also complete light housekeeping tasks such as washing, drying, and folding laundry.

This role consists of approximately 60% team-based work and 40% independent work. You will perform a variety of services, ranging from routine maintenance cleanings to detailed, top-to-bottom deep cleans.

• -Must own a reliable vehicle and have access to it at all times
• -Must have a valid California driver’s license and active insurance
• -Must be willing and able to travel throughout our service area (Long Beach to San Clemente)
• -Must have residential cleaning experience within the last 2 years
• -Must be comfortable working closely with a partner
• -Must be willing to complete a background check
• -Must be authorized to work in the United States

• -Professional residential cleaning experience within the last 2 years (No 1099 contractors)
• -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• -Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality

Each day begins at our office, where you will gather supplies before heading out—either with a partner or independently. You will use your own vehicle to travel to 2–3 properties per day, which may include residential or commercial locations. At each job site, you will complete cleanings efficiently while maintaining our high standards. After completing your assignments, you will return to the office before heading home.

This role requires a significant amount of driving and hands-on experience. If any issues arise during your day, you will report directly to your Service Manager for guidance and support.
