• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of company facilities, including flooring, restrooms, offices, cafeterias, and sales areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor polishing using equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
• Empty, sanitize, and restock trash, recycling, and restroom supplies.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, basins, and urinals; sweep and damp mop floors with disinfectant solutions.
• Spot clean soiled areas and perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by the Lead Custodian or management.
• Assist with wet‑floor care, including stripping and waxing.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines, maintaining proper attire and equipment usage.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working in non‑air‑conditioned areas.
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines consistently.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and wet‑floor care is an asset.

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling regularly.
• Operating small power tools safely and effectively.
• Stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, turning, and reaching in environments that may not be fully air‑conditioned.
• Standing and walking for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders.
• Working independently and effectively in a fast‑paced or stressful environment.
