Salary Range: $19.02 To $19.02 Annually
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assists in the interior and exterior janitorial needs, building maintenance, and ground keeping assignments.
- Assists in moving furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required.
- Assists with the planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes etc.
- Knowledge of methods, tools, materials and equipment used in grounds and maintenance work.
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of mowing, edging, pruning and trimming.
- Ability to properly use of cleaning products and equipment
- Capable of following verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read and understand labels and directions
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
