Network & Cabling Technician with strong technical expertise, who applies practical problem-solving in the field and takes pride in delivering reliable, well-executed infrastructure solutions

• Assemble&install,network racks,cabinets, switches, firewalls, cameras and wireless Access Pointswith precision and attention to detail.

• Assistin managing andmaintainingtheclients'network infrastructure, ensuring system security, reliability, and performance.

• Design and installstructured cablingpathsin compliance with TIA, BICSI, and IEEE Standards,supportingperformance, coverage, and scalability.

• Keepaccuraterecords of issues, solutions, and maintenance tasks to build a knowledge base for the team and improve processes over time.

• Communicate site needs proactively, meet deadlines, and ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to ensure IT needs aremet and participate in ongoing learning to stay ahead of industry trends.

• You love learning about new tools, systems, and emerging technologies, andyou'realways excited to apply that knowledge to real-world problems.

• You manage your responsibilities independently and followprojects throughfrom start to finish.

• You'rea natural troubleshooterand critical thinker who thrives when faced with challenges and enjoys digging deep to find solutions.
• You’reproactive, organized,notice the details,and can manage multiple tasks without constant supervision, taking ownership of your work.

• You’recomfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities canshift andadjust plans as site conditions change.

• You can explain technical issues in simple terms, helping non-technical users navigate problems without frustration.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in network cabling or infrastructure installation.(Will be verified during the interview)
• Strong working knowledge of TIA, BICSI, and IEEE Standards.

• A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or other relevant IT certifications are a plus.

• Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in infrastructure installation.
• Ability tosafelyoperatemachinery likeladders,scissor/platformlift,etc. (after training provided)
• Ability to obtain andmaintaina Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service andexplain information to non-technical contacts with understanding.

• You enjoy working with others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Some Networking equipment may need to be lifted into place or built and transported to site.

• Valid Driver’s License w/ Clean Driving Record
