Location:

Mobile, AL. Work shifts: static 2nd shift. The role focuses on final phase cabin furnishing – cabin equipment, floor covering, cockpit, cargo, doors.

• Install interior furnishings – cockpit, doors, galleys, toilets, seats, emergency equipment, carpet and floor covering.
• Prepare aircraft for cabin, cargo, and cockpit final inspections.
• Install and test electrical units and components.
• Inspect work of other team members and complete systems before customer acceptance.
• Mark, connect, assemble, bundle, paint, fit, torque, bond, attach, disassemble, position and repair components.
• Identify and eliminate disruptions and rework opportunities.
• Present work to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain clear, accurate documentation.
• Follow safe work practices and use prescribed PPE.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Training after recruitment:
  Health & Safety, General aircraft familiarization, Quality trainings.
• 2+ years minimum experience in aviation production or equivalent; 5+ years preferred.
• Must be able to work in confined space(s) and wear PPE.
• Physical requirements:
  
  vision, hearing, speaking, equipment operation, carrying, lifting, pushing/pulling, sitting, squatting/kneeling, confined space, heights, standing, travel, walking.
