Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures;
Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures using multiple craft skills;
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; orders parts and tracks orders;
Complies with OSHA and EPA regulations and ensures quality work meet regulations;
Leads and participates in teams; coordinates and executes work assignments
