Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside client sites. The role offers part-time and full-time schedules with AM, mid, and evening shifts, and weekly pay at $11 per hour.
Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas, following chemical usage procedures, and supporting ongoing housekeeping schedules. Prior janitorial experience is helpful, with on-the-job training provided.
