Description:

Join a dynamic team as a Dock Technician, responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial facility equipment in a fast‑paced environment. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of dock systems, doors, and related hardware. You'll conduct system inspections, troubleshoot issues, and execute minor repairs while adhering to safety standards and OSHA regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed procedures, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Collaborate with experienced technicians and potentially guide subcontractors to maintain high‑quality operations. Prioritize safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in every task.

Top Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or business training preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience servicing commercial dock levelers, doors, and related hardware, including pneumatic or hydraulic systems
• AAADM certification preferred; valid driver’s license required

• Proficiency in interpreting instructions, manuals, and safety guidelines
• Hands‑on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical repairs
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely
