Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in solving problems, keeping our historic property operating at its best, and creating a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour

Schedule: Flexible availability for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Respond to maintenance requests throughout the hotel.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Troubleshoot equipment and building issues.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and hotel leaders to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑functioning property while following all safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance, facilities, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a guest‑first mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
