Conduct regular shift rounds to monitor systems and equipment performance;
Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctions across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems;
Repair and rebuild building equipment and components, including pumps, valves, wiring, and fixtures;
Maintain CMMS records, document work results, and manage parts and vendor communications;
Assist in coordinating maintenance projects and supervising subcontractors as needed
