Blue Roc Premier is seeking a seasoned Resident Service Director to lead maintenance teams and ensure smooth operation of our multifamily communities. A strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction is essential.
The ideal candidate will have HVAC 608 certification, 5+ years in multi-family maintenance, and solid electrical/plumbing knowledge. Excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s license are required. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
