Position: Maintenance Tech Coordinator
Location: Mobile, AL
Pay: $16/hour
Type: Full-time;
Contract
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Clark Personnel is seeking a Maintenance Tech Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Position Requirements- Strong familiarity with facilities maintenance.
- Maintenance knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs.
- Complete work orders and document repairs.
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain tools and inventory.
- Report major repair needs to the Facilities Project Manager.
- Participate in facility inspections and safety initiatives.
