Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years old

* High school diploma or GED

* One year of experience in a dealership or large facility repair organization

* Excellent work ethic

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Able to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism

* Unrestricted , unexpired driver's license and clean driving record

* Can operate a standard-transmission vehicle

* Insurable by Dealership (No DWI convictions within the past 10 years; No more than 2 moving violation and/or fault accident in the last 3 years)

Responsibilities

* The Lube Technician performs basic vehicle maintenance according to dealer and factory guidelines

* Work is typically assigned with repair orders and Lube Technician is expected to perform quality repairs with efficiency and accuracy

* Essential functions of the job include excellent driving skills, attention to detail, regular, dependable attendance and punctuality, ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, ability to accept constructive criticism, , ability to get along with co-workers, meet physical demands of position, with or without reasonable accommodation

$16.90 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
