Senior living does not get any better than this. We are seeking a full time maintenance technician! Responsible for assistance in maintaining aspects of the physical plant. Conducting, under supervisor direction, preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs; maintains safe working environment and assists other department employees as needed.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mokena, IL 60448:
  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• HVAC Certification (Preferred)

Salary $20.00 per hour

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
