• Conduct container surveys according to criteria set by respective principals based on established standards
• Determine the type of damage, mark, and take photos of container damage
• Estimate repair costs for damaged or available containers according to rules set by respective principals
• Serve customers (EMKL) for repair estimate collection (EOR)
• Revise repair costs and clean container due to reductions from independent surveys or principals
• Upload photos and estimates to the shipping system
• Follow up on rejected WOs by shipping
• Conduct joint surveys with independent surveyors
• Check the repair results done by the vendor

• Ensure the application of integrated management systems including identification, documentation, and risk control in the relevant department work area
• Foster and ensure commitment from each team member to understand and comply with all applicable integrated management systems
• Be prepared to participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents, or actions that could lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts
• Be prepared to participate in the information security control process to protect the company's information assets and information processing assets from confidentiality, integrity, and availability threats

• Maximum age of 30 years
• Preferred experience working at a container depot
• Ability to work in a team, honest, and responsible
• Willingness to work in the field with shift systems
• High work motivation, energetic, creative, and able to work under pressure
• Willingness to be placed in the Batam branch
