Start your new career as a Custodian with MAU at Santee Cooper in Monks Corner, SC. As a Janitor
, you will be responsible for the set-up, cleaning, and disinfection of the kitchen and dining room.
This position does not require a high school diploma or GED.
- $16.00 per hour
- 8‑hour shift: 3:00pm‑11:30pm
- 401k
- Opportunity for advancement
- High school diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
- Valid Driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push, pull, and bend
- Prior cleaning experience (preferred)
- Clean interior floors of the buildings by mopping, sweeping, vacuuming
- Empty all waste containers
- Dust desk tops, chairs and file cabinets and blinds
- Clean and sanitize restrooms using established practices and procedures
