Complete Cleaning Services is hiring a dependable, detail oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations at the Google Data Center in Moncks Corner. This role requires a leader who can maintain high standards, support their team, and ensure all cleaning tasks meet strict facility requirements.
The hours are Monday through Friday; 12:30pm-9:00pm. The pay is $16.00 per hour.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and support a team of cleaning technicians.
Assign daily tasks and ensure completion according to company and client standards.
Perform cleaning duties as needed, including floors, restrooms, break areas, offices, and hightouch surfaces.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain communication with Google facility contacts and Complete Cleaning Services management.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report shortages or maintenance needs.
Ensure all safety, security, and confidentiality protocols are followed inside the data center.
Maintain accurate shift reports, attendance logs, and incident documentation.
