As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance with all federal, state and local ordinances, regulations, and building codes. You will maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, keeping it in good repair and free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.

This position also provides quality laundry service.

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Minimum of one year of prior supervisory maintenance experience required
• Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
