- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department
- Ensure environmental center compliance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes
- Ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition
- Maintain the community in good repair and free from hazards caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems
- Provide quality laundry service
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
- Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required
- Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Demonstrates expertise in maintenance supervision within long-term care settings, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment. Possesses strong communication skills and a passion for working with seniors.
