With over 60 years of cleaning experience, we have established ourselves as a dynamic regional contractor.

We are currently hiring a Part-Time General Cleaner / Floor Care Technician to maintain an office building on the east side of Madison. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM–9:30 PM , with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour .

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and follow direction from a supervisor.
Previous floor care experience is required.

• Operate a floor scrubber and perform routine floor care.
• Wet mop and dust mop hard-surface floors, including stairwells.
• Clean carpets using a carpet extractor.
• Follow the customer’s established floor care schedule and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Dust desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using upright vacuums and/or vac packs.
• Spot clean carpets as needed.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other restroom surfaces.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and ensure all supplies are properly stocked.
• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Complete other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Job duties and assigned areas may be adjusted at any time based on customer or management needs.
