Part‑Time Maintenance Associate

Location: Monroe, CT - On‑site |
Schedule: Part‑Time, 20‑25 Hours/Week

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off; fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs; keep the place clean—hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs; turn over units after move‑outs—sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter; check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working;

help customers on site as needed; keep the place looking right and running smoothly.
