Role Summary

They perform essential maintenance on parking lots, building exteriors, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards. • Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety protocols and certification requirements.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management to ensure safe facility conditions.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to meet operational standards.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and documentation to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate purchases, control costs, and submit warranty claims for parts and equipment.
• Lead third‑party providers and support associate development through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Implement upgrades and improvements to enhance facility sustainability and reduce operating costs.

• Proven ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Experience managing facility exterior services, including seasonal maintenance such as snow and ice removal.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve facility and equipment issues promptly.
• Competence in coordinating purchases, cost control, and budget preparation for facility projects.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with management, associates, and third‑party providers.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and quality assurance standards.
